Oeiras, 22 October 2010: At the beginning of new academic year Football By Carlos Queiroz, aware of the importance of football in sports training and education for young people recognized the need to distinguish between merit, and reward individual effort of their students.

Thus, between 14 and 17 October, our student Carlos Rocha accompanied by coach Guilherme Faria went to Manchester where he participated in the program World Skills Final.

This is a proof of technical ability which brought together the most outstanding students in the programs Skills Test conducted by the Manchester United Soccer Schools and their partners around the world during the academic year 2009/10. This year had once again with a Portuguese representation.

Besides participation in the competition, students had the opportunity to meet Carrington (academy club) and watch the game Manchester United - West Bromwich Albion at Old Trafford.
