Football By Carlos Queiroz currently has a team of 30 people working in various operational areas of the company. We have our functional structure organized into six departments and seven business units that represent each of our major programs. This organizational structure has served so we can build an effective way to work, determining the roles and responsibilities of our human resources, ensuring that all programs follow the highest standards. The principles of our project have been - to recruit the best human capital and to instill a positive philosophy of rigorous work and training; to engage with consumers and community looking to meet expectations and service excellence, and above all, implement a systematic technical development, social and behavioral serving the education and training of our youth. The initial goal remains the development of a unique project in Portugal, describing the models, standards and procedures that lead to best practice in football training, and incorporate various teaching approaches that enhance our product and service, placing us as a mark of excellence in the industry. The approach is still based on building lasting relationships that allow us to know in depth the concerns, expectations, desires and problems of change in football training. This is creating a change that will inspire us all. It is to be involved in the reconstruction of a current sports model, doing what we can, wherever we can, with the knowledge, skills and innovation we are able to offer.
