Believing that the implementation of codes of conduct off the field will facilitate and enhance its application in game situations, Football By Carlos Queiroz set for each code certain procedures that are intended mainly to:
1. Develop in the young players a keen sense of responsibility;
2. Develop in the young players a high degree of autonomy;
3. Ensure that young players are the main agents of their own learning, in all the areas of development.
ATTITUDE
I want to be the first! I am the first to reach the locker room and the first to equip myself. I am the first to greet all the members and coaches. I pledge always to ultimate all tasks. I always react to the difficulties with determination.
BEHAVIOR
I respect everyone and everything! I greet everyone when I enter the academy facilities, lobby, locker room and in the field. I respect all indications, proposals and suggestions, from coaches and colleagues. I help to maintain the place where I train and the training material I use.
COMMUNICATION
I communicate well to learn more! I do not hear: I listen to everything carefully! I always look forward for my chance to talk, question or answer. I communicate with everyone in a friendly, pleasant and assertive way. I have great appreciation for the views of my colleagues.
ENTHUSIASM
I love football! I am always prone to the workout. I encourage my colleagues when they are sad. I encourage my colleagues to do always better. I comfort my colleagues when they make mistakes. I celebrate goals always with the team.
DISCIPLINE
I am demanding with myself! I do not miss any training. I am always punctual. I am always well equipped. I maintain good eating and hygiene habits.
FAIR-PLAY
I am dedicated, but fair! I never lie and I am loyal to train and play. The faults are part of the game and I know how to handle it. I always greet my opponents early in the game and greet them at the end. I know how to win and lose with the same degree of dignity.
