HOW WE PLAY?

The rules of the code of conduct will always enter into the field. The procedures on how we play are according to the philosophy of the academy, and reflect the game model we adopt at all levels. The game model is expressed in the five aspects of the development model and seeks above all:

  • Develop in the young player the ability to read and understand the game and the ability to decide in accordance with the objective of the game and with the constraints associated with it;
  • Develop in the young player the essential motor learning skills and the execution of movements and actions associated with football;
  • Develop in the young player the mental key abilities that trigger, lead and guide his action;Develop in the young player the ability to interact with all agents that are part of the game;
  • Enable the young player to construct, maintain and improve the range of technical gestures of football.

TACTIC
I want to reach the goal easier, faster and in a less tiring way!
I'm fast and creative attacking and patient defending.
I can play in different positions in the field.
I'll decide what to do according to what I see in the game.

TECHNICAL

I want to run fast!
I like to experiment and create new flicks and use them in training and in games.
I try to disarm an opponent with loyalty.
I make the pass to my colleague the way I would like him to do for me.
I will always receive the ball facing the opposing goal.

PHYSICAL

I want to get faster, higher and further!
I want to become agile and strong in training so I can face the games with more confidence.
I recognize the importance of flexibility and dedicate myself much in the stretch.
I will always overcome at all times!

MENTAL

I always choose well!
I always learn about everything I hear, see or feel.
I am not afraid of making mistakes and enjoy trying new techniques.
I will always act with the certainty that I'm doing well.
I will always concentrate and anticipate all the moves.

SOCIAL

I need my companions and they need me!
My mates need me more when they make mistakes then when they play well.
I am always friendly with all participants of the game.
I celebrate the achievements of my companions as if they were mine.
I love my team and I always support them in all situations.
